9. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may be stated separately on the booking page, payment page, invoice, receipt, or written communication.

If no separate terms are provided, requests for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund will be considered at the discretion of Aitomax Consulting, taking into account the timing of the request, preparation already completed, and whether the consultation has already been delivered.

Once a consultation has been completed, fees are generally not refundable.

10. After Consultation Support

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard after consultation support period is up to 3 months from the date of consultation.

After consultation support, where offered, is limited to clarification questions directly related to the same consultation issue and the same Qi Men Dun Jia chart.

It does not include:

• New issues

• Unrelated questions

• New chart plotting

• Expanded advisory work

• Ongoing unlimited consultation

• Consultation for a different person, event, or situation

New matters require a separate consultation.

11. Confidentiality

Aitomax Consulting handles private inquiries and consultation related information with discretion. Where an inquiry is handled by an advisor, consultant, representative, or relevant business entity, information may be shared only as necessary to provide the service, manage bookings, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights and safety.

You are also responsible for protecting your own privacy when submitting information online.
